6 FREE Resources To Learn HTML, CSS & Javascript Basics (Before Learning Webflow)
I wish I could go back in time to the time and learn HTML, CSS and Javascript before diving in to Webflow. Since every single webpage that you build using Webflow (or anything else) use HTML, CSS and Javascript, it’s important to understand these basics.
“My first tip for anyone who doesn’t know HTML, CSS and Javascript is to know these 3 things. Once you are able to build a website from scratch, you are able to build the most amazing things inside Webflow. […] 90% of people in the Webflow community are designers who don’t know any code but it’s necessary to know some code to offer clients more complex tasks.”

How To Align Client Expectations | With Ben Celinski
For Episode 14, my guest is Ben Celinski, a Webflow designer and developer based in Ireland.
A few years ago, Ben was working as a lawyer in Poland and had no IT experience whatsoever. His path to where he is now was paved with many challenges, inspirations and wonderful people helping him move to UX, Webflow and Ireland which we will talk about.
The three failures Ben talks about in this episode are:
1) Failing to ask himself what he wanted to do
2) Failing to understand the client’s perspective
3) Failing to understand that you can’t be good at everything
3 Inspo Websites
Vana
Balance between clear, punchy copywriting, vibrant illustrations and thoughtful lottie files. Sexy work from Tambien Studios.
AWWWARDS
More white space than the previous site, more focus on imagery with larger pictures, and since there are fewer buttons, it’s easier to navigate through the site. Me gusta mucho.
Chainzoku
Crazy website which feels like a video game. Hot wheels inspired header title reminds me of playing in the playground with my toy cars. Throwback!
